If you're a Phoenix or a Vexus owner who bought your boat from Bay Marine, Inc. then Bay Buck$ will reward you for going fishing in the trails we sanction in the State of Georgia. See below for details, official rules, sanctioned trails and payouts.

Payments will be made once Bay Marine receives and approves the “official” tournament results from you and all rules and conditions have been met. To be eligible for incentives, you must have registered prior to participating in a Contingency Paying Event. Check our website, www.baymarineboats.com, for the most complete list of Bay Buck$ Contingency Paying Events. A printed list of the Contingency Paying Events may be requested by calling Bay Marine, Inc. at (770)427-3578.
Bay Buck$ Payout

Fish & Win a Contingency Paying Event using your current or 1 model year old Phoenix or Vexus Boat and you will be eligible for $1,000 * – the boat must be purchased from Bay Marine, Inc.
**$250**
Fish and be the Highest Finisher in a Contingency Paying Event in your current or 1 model year old Phoenix or Vexus Boat and be eligible for $250* – the boat must be purchased from Bay Marine, Inc.
*Subject to Rules and Conditions. To be eligible for incentives you must register prior to participating in a Contingency Paying Event.
After You Win!
After winning an approved tournament, submit completed forms along with a copy of the sanctioned tournament results.
OFFICIAL RULES:
Bay Buck$ is a program available only to Phoenix and Vexus owners who purchased their boat from Bay Marine, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA
Bay Buck$ Program dates are from January 1 through December 31.
Win shall be defined as “first place”.
Only Wins of those Contingency Paying Events listed are eligible for payments. Contingency Paying Events may be added or deleted solely by Bay Marine, Inc. at any time.
Persons employed/sponsored by Bay Marine, Inc. or its affiliated companies are not eligible for this Bay Buck$ Program or program payments.
Must fish from a Phoenix or Vexus Boat that has been purchased from Bay Marine, Inc.
Registered owner's name and winner must be the same name on the warranty at the time of the win.
Bay Marine decal must be displayed on driver's windshield/console of boat you are fishing from.
Co-anglers or non-boaters fishing from a Phoenix or a Vexus, even though they may own one, are not eligible.
They must fish from their Phoenix or Vexus and be classified as a single participant in the Contingency Paying Event.
The Phoenix or Vexus owner is responsible for submitting the timely and completed Bay Buck$ Registration Form to Bay Marine, Inc.
The angler is responsible for providing authentic and official verification of both ownership of the Phoenix or Vexus packages purchased at Bay Marine, Inc. and a tournament win as well as complying with any other rules, requirements and guidelines.
Bay Marine, Inc. reserves the right to enhance, change, alter, modify, or terminate the Bay Buck$ program at its sole discretion at any time. Final Bay Buck$ Program eligibility and contingency payment authorization will be determined only by Bay Marine, Inc.
Income and other taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
